The Amister Via Augusta Apartments are part of the Amister hotel project, therefore you will always have 24 hour assistance, both for advice on your holiday and for anything you might need during your stay.
The keys of our apartments in Barcelona are handed out during office hours (Monday through Sunday, 09:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00) on the 2nd floor. At other times, the keys will be handed to you at the Amister Hotel (Roma Avenue, 93-95).
At the time of arrival, you will be asked to leave a 200€ deposit which will be returned to you, after checking the apartment, when you check out. Check in must be made after 16:00 and check out must be before 11:00. At the time of arrival will be left as deposit € 200 to be returned, after checking the apartment, at the time of check out.
Mandatory cleaning on departure: 40€. Direct payment at the apartments.
